Sunnyside Medical Marijuana Dispensary - Chillicothe

I’ve came here for a while now and hands down this place is the best both in terms of employees and atmosphere compared to other dispensaries I’ve visited. Aubrey made me a slick lamented wallet sized mm card that fits perfectly in my wallet , and is easy to give reception instead of my phone. She along with Jess , and Leslie , and the 3-4 other longer tenured employees I always interact with are first class !

Had my very first visit after getting my card and it was such a fantastic experience! Staff was so friendly and helpful, they even laminated my card. I had my consultation with Aubrey and all I can say is WOW! So supportive and knowledgeable. I am so glad that we got paired together! Benji checked me out after my consultation and he was such a joy! I’m really glad that this is my local dispensary and I recommend them to all the other patients out there!

The staff is, mostly, polite and helpful. They can answer just about anything pertaining to the products. Items are priced better than traditional sources. Also, the process of getting your card is easier and cheaper than people think. With the testing done, you always know what you are getting. So I don't understand why people who qualify don't have a card. Sunnyside dispensery Chillicothe is a great one, and that's the only one I visit. The most helpful things to me are edibles.

I have been to a few different dispensaries and so far this 1 has came out on top in the overall. As far as selection and pricing. They are not the best at everything but they are the best when I look at what I rate when at any dispensary. If you shop the sales and are willing to try new products you you can get some great deals. Especially on house products as they are owned by a very large company Cresco. Cresco has great products usually, especially pens. There LLR (liquid live resin) carts are worth it 👌. I have had some issues with my online orders and a small amount of wrong information by staff. I have had these issues at all disp., and there willingness to fix it and get you the best product out of it are what gives them a great rating from me in that category. The online orders are usually correct checked and gives you the sale pricing accurately at check out. Just check them out if you haven't yet and are in the area. Or take a peak online and see what they've got. I'm small town where we have 0 😱 yes no disp. around......Adding to my review of Sunnyside dispensary. They've kept up to date on new and different kinds of THC containing products. Offering great sales just pick the right day to go if you can wait. They have flower sales on Wednesdays and Friday's. These are currently my favorite days to go. They've still managed to slide in under most places around me for both quality and pricing for the quality. I will further review other dispensaries in my area. But will continue enjoying Sunnyside products and branching out on my LLR carts.

I shop at this Sunnyside location most frequently, because of their prices on Flower. Compared to other dispensaries that I visit from time-to-time, the prices are mega low on what I buy. I do have some gripes about things I've seen happen there in the past year. This building is not disability friendly. I saw one man get his chair stuck in the door to the point it ripped the control panel off of it. His son had to drive from an hour away to fix it so he could actually get into the building, and out of. That poor man sat, blocking the door for an hour. And the staff didn't even seem to notice. He was probably humiliated. And then yesterday an elderly woman got trapped in the door, trying to get out with her walker. I ran to open the doors for her and she thanked me a ton. Stuff like this happens almost every time I'm there. Patients in the lobby run over to hold doors for disabled patients. And then last month when I went in, there was a very angry patient that came in livid, because he felt that he had been racially profiled by a staff member. I don't know if that was an isolated incident, but the ableism is very present.

I don't make it to Sunnyside consistently. I have a couple of dispensaries closer to me that I frequent more. If I'm in the area, I always check their deals. Yesterday was one of those days. I was visiting family. I placed an online order for pick up. My least favorite thing about Sunnyside is ordering with someone, that sometimes has less knowledge, and the time consumption involved. The staff was incredible yesterday, and I really appreciated it! They were helpful, friendly, understanding and accommodating. After leaving my license at a local gas, turning around, coming back, checking in. My order had been under a different email. They could have made it complicated. A more seasoned employee began helping a newer employee on what to do if this happened. It was a learning experience, and it was nice to see them working together. Both were who you'd want to greet you. I appreciated the ease, of how they handled something that was my fault. I've been to both my "regular" dispensaries this week. Sunnyside topped them. Equivalent price wise but store and brand wise, better! I'm so glad I came in!

I go here often but am giving it two stars because there was an overweight woman with brown hair who wouldn’t let me go back once even though her coworker already cleared me, they just never buzzed me back. She worked me up so much that I had an attack in the lobby— just because she wouldn’t listen when I said I was already approved to go back and purchase so her complaints about my address not matching my card don’t matter, because her boss had no problem with it. She is rude and the coworkers stood up for her even though I heard her talking trash about me and other customers before I even had the incident with her. I haven’t seen her since and truly hope she has been fired because she was a scrooge.
